Hi Switzerland
It is a long time between the last report. The time runs too fast for me. I have to tell you it is
just a great time to be in the IFYE programm. The last family Showman in Woodstock was
wunderful. We went for 4 days on a 4-H conference and I learned a lot of Civil war. Geary
who is a boss for bilding inspection in the county showed me how is his work. It was just a nice
time in Woodstock.
Now I stay in Blackstone on a dairy farm with 300 cows. The family Jones is amazing I love it here
to help on the farm. I was 2 weeks driving dumps trucks for corn. It was nice to drive on the
streets with a full load with corn, I get a big smile. On a weekend we visite Virginia Tech VT (it is a school
for 30 000 people). Now I know why so many young piople goes to university, I would go too.
On a other weekend we went to the Bush Garden (it is like Europa-Park) and yesterday the
King Dominion Park, I would say it is just fun with 150 km\h on a rollecoaster.
So know I have to pack my stuff and leave here from Blackstone to the first hostfamily in
Staunton tomorrow. They like me to drive to New York and I will stay for some days.
And next week on wedesday is my fly back to Switzerland and my tip for 1 year and 1 day
is over.
I thanks a lot everydody how help me to travel in America. It was just a wunderful time
